At Valley Animal Clinic we believe that financial hardship should never stand in the way of a pet’s survival. That’s why we’ve partnered with the Veterinary Care Foundation (VCF) to establish our Angel Fund.

The Angel Fund is a charitable fund created to provide financial assistance to pet parents in crisis. Whether it’s a sudden accident, an acute illness, or a life-saving surgery, this fund bridges the gap between a devastating diagnosis and a happy ending.
How It Works
- 100% Tax-Deductible: Because our fund is managed by the Veterinary Care Foundation (a 501(c)(3) charitable organization), every single dollar you donate is tax-deductible.
- Maximum Impact: Unlike other charities, 100% of every donation goes directly to patient care. VCF covers all administrative and credit card processing fees.
- Local Focus: Every dollar donated to our specific Angel Fund is used exclusively for patients treated right here at Valley Animal Clinic
💖 Who Does the Fund Help?
The Angel Fund is strictly allocated for cases where a pet has a good prognosis with treatment, but the owner is experiencing genuine financial hardship. Grant criteria typically favor:
- Good Samaritan cases (rescuing abandoned or injured animals).
- Fixed-income seniors, disabled individuals, or veterans.
- Families facing sudden, unexpected financial crises.
Please Note: To ensure these funds are used responsibly, grants are approved on a case-by-case basis by our veterinary medical board. Funds are paid directly to the clinic for the pet’s care—never to the individual.
