We love Valley Animal Clinic! We have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Alves, Dr. Busch, and Dr. Gahrs. From end of life care for our elderly dog, to a stubborn ear infection for our 4 year old pup, we have received excellent and compassionate care.

My first visit to this office. Everyone on staff were very nice. My daughter's dog has a bad habit of chewing and eating everything. After apparently eating some sticks and branches, she started passing blood. She didn't have a vet that they had used in over 1 1/2 years. This place got us in as soon as they could. It seems the dog is improving and needs to eat a bland diet for a while so her insides can completely heal. No more bleeding. Back to acting herself. Thank you Valley Animal Clinic.

Valley Animal Clinic did an amazing job helping our family and our beloved dog Carly. We had to put our sweet little dog down as her health severely declined and she lost quality of life. We actually went to another Vet in Bay City with her for 14 years, but they could not serve us at the end and Valley Animal Clinic stepped in at the most difficult time with the most caring staff. They compassionately cared for our sweet dog until her last moments and let us be there with her until the end. They even got her to try a little chocolate and marshmallow treat at the end. We are so thankful for this Vet and team. When the time is right to get a new dog we will certainly be going to this vet with our new dog. They truly care about animals and it shows!

Valley Animal Clinic is truly an above and beyond office. They did an amazing job caring for my Bird. The vet was very gentle, kind, and super understanding. Very Highly Recommend!!

Always a great experience. We used a different veterinarian with our last dog. While that office was compassionate, it was disorganized and chaotic. Valley Animal Clinic is always neat and well organized. They have always accommodated well for appointments and prescription refills. No complaints and would highly recommend!
